Problem adding Node to the cluster

Hello, I want to add new servers to My Cluster Couch base server 3.0.3 64 bit, on Ubuntu 14.04 , 64 bit.
I am having the following error:

I have disabled firewalls on both servers ;

root@couchbase-01:~# sudo ufw disable
Firewall stopped and disabled on system startup
root@couchbase-01:~#

root@couchbase-02:~# sudo ufw disable
Firewall stopped and disabled on system startup
root@couchbase-02:~#

But still having the same issue

I fixed it … using private Ips instead of public.
