how to start the search, eventing , analytics service on CB 5.5 on mac

when you install CB, you will configure data, query, search, eventing , analytics service first, then every time you start CB Server(node), the service you configured will be start.

Since on Mac I am just opening a zip and moving the app to application folder , I am not really installing or configuring , how do I do that?
