Rollback when I tried to uninstall Couchbase on Windows

I meet a problem after install couchbase-server-community_7.2.2-windows_amd64.msi. So I want to uninstall it then install an early version.

Then interesting thing happed, It show me a error after I try to uninstall it, then rollback uninstall process… Same thing happened when I try to repair it…

Is there any way to delete the CouchBase from my computer now?
