Finding Data For Each Index

How can we find the below data for each index that is been created
1)Secondary Key Size (Bytes)
2)Number of Documents
3)% of Documents in Index
4)Mutation Rate per sec (Inserts/Updates/Deletes)
5)Avg. Scans per sec
