Couchbase Restoration Fails due to Event Service

Hi Team,

We had a below scenario due to which cb restoration fails .Is there any workaround to overcome this situation.

  1. Source server is configured with Event Service (Event service is not part of our deployment and it added by mistake.)
  2. While restoring the DB in any target server it is getting failed since target does not have event service. The error screenshot attached.
    Is there any workaround for this situation.

Add Event service to the new cluster, perform the restore, then remove the Event service.

Thanks @mreiche . Is there anyway to remove event service from running cluster.

@mreiche thanks for the response. Is there anyway we can edit the service if we run CB cluster in on premises set up.
