Couch DB ODBC driver for Informatica 8.6

I need to connect Couch db from Informatica to pull the data
Question:

  1. From where i can download ODBC drivers for Unix and Windows
  2. Does Couch db support Informatica 8.6
  3. ODBC driver is paid or free to use ?

Note that we are Couchbase. (Couchdb is a different offering). Their ODBC driver is at CouchDB ODBC Driver | Easily Connect to Live CouchDB Data .
