Configure XDCR Through SDK

Hi Team,

Generally we configure the XDCR from site 1 to site2 through UI or cli-mode. Is there anyway we can configure XDCR through SDK (Java, C) i:e through JAVA code itself we will configure/manage the XDCR.

The java sdk provides an cluster.httpClient() for making REST calls.
