XDCR conflict resolution with same amount of mutations

Hello.

From 4.0 documentation:

If both documents have the same number of mutations, XDCR selects a winner based on other document metadata.

It seems the manual is lacking on what precisely the algorithm is when the amount of mutations is the same. Could anyone please make it clear?
