During a couchbase server offline upgrade form 4.5 community version, I am unable to run the 5.x installer on top of 4.5. I tried with all the 5.x installers and following are the logs of msi for 5.x installers:

Now,
To upgrade, I have upgraded couchbase server community version from 4.5 to 6 directly using the offline upgrade method. It is showing “1 node pending” for all the buckets on the console.
Also, is upgrading 4.5 ->5 -> 6.0 equivalent to 4.5 -> 6.0 community version?
