Can't delete Couchbase Cloud Cluster

When using Couchbase Cloud, I cannot delete my cluster or cloud in the Admin console. I have already deleted the AWS Stack. This Cloud instance was created about 6 months ago.

When I click on the Cluster it says.

We were unable to load your data

There was a problem loading your data and we are aware of the issue.

Can I please know if this was your trial account?
Also in order to help in the deletion of your cluster in Couchbase Cloud, can I please get your cluster ID.

Yes, this was a trial account. How do I get the cluster id?
