Admin console on https port #18091 not supported on most browsers

Hi,

We have applications that require using https port# 18091 on couchbase v4.6.3.
When I try to access the admin console using port#18091 it only works on Firefox and no other browsers
and has a limitation in firefox to work on v51.0 and lower.

This was observed when some of our desktops were upgrade to v56.0 and admin console stopped working.
Is this a known issue?
