Time zone Changes in DB server

Hi Team,

We are going to change time zone in DB server from GMT + 2hrs to GMT + 3hrs. Is there any changes required in DB level. Is it required to restart NTP service. Please advise.

I wouldn’t think anything is required. Servers in regions that used Daylight Savings change twice a year.
