GET and POST to FTS index in C++

How to send a query to FTS index and get response using C++ in linux ?(Not in terminal but inside .cpp file )
Please give a sample code.

This is on SDK 2.x; 3.x is current and the code sample is being ported as of this writing, but you can probably work it out pretty easily.
