Erl.exe consuming much CPU Utilization

erl.exe is consuming much CPU Utilization which goes to 100% every 5 minutes interval

CPU Utilization was fine for a long time but after we restarted the couchbase service and rebalanced it, this issue started happening.

Couchbase version is : 3.0.1 Community Edition
We are using 4 Windows 2012 R2 servers for Couchbase.
The HIGH CPU Utilization issue started when the below microsoft security patches were installed in the servers and the couchbase service was restarted. Now even if we uninstall the microsoft security patching and restart the couchabse service, the cpu utilization remains same.
