Dark colour black Screen Issue on Couchbase Web Console

Hi everyone,

Dark Black screen appears when I try to access the Couchbase Web Console. After logging in, the dashboard fails to load, and the screen remains completely blank. Everything else, including the database itself, seems to be working fine, but I cannot manage or monitor anything through the console.

I have tried clearing the browser cache, using different browsers, and restarting the Couchbase server, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Are there any solutions or steps to resolve this black screen issue? thank you.

Have you tried with a different browser? (And which browser(s) have you tried? - What platform?)

Is your browser’s default page colour black? A blank page is sometimes seen (often white as the browser’s default) when there is a problem with cached data. Forcibly reloading (shift+reload, typically) the page in the browser usually resolves this.
