I am trying to understand dcp. Documentations explain what is byseqno field but i could not find any explanation about revseqno field. Could you point me to a documentation which explains this field or explain what is it and what is the purpose.

Have you looked at the Java DCP client code? It is quite nicely documented there.
Do note that the java-dcp-client is not a supported library. Please have a look at Couchbase Eventing introduced in Couchbase Server 5.5:
