You have the “Developing with Couchbase” from O’reilly:
It was published in Feb 2013, and based on the release 2.0, we are today in 2.2.x, so quite few changes.
So we have on regular basis request from editor to create new books, but it is probably hard to stay up to date with technology that evolves that fast.
What I really like to read about Couchbase are the developer guides and server manual from the documentation http://www.couchbase.com/documentation
They are really complete and up to date with all the releases.
