Continuous msg "Haven't heard from a higher priority node or a master, so I'm taking over."

Hi,
in my cluster i see this msg “Haven’t heard from a higher priority node or a master, so I’m taking over.” every 10 minutes.
Why ?
I have a cluster with 8 server node.
