Cbbackupmgr uses too much resources on ec2 instance

Hi,
I am trying to backup the data of a very large Couchbase bucket(300GB). I am using the cbbackupmgr on an ec2 with about 32 GB RAM and 8 cores and enough disk storage. But the instance hangs and stops because of the backup process taking too much resources.
Any changes that I could make to stop this?

The amount of resources appear suitable for cbbackupmgr to perform the backup.

I would suggest taking a look at the cbbackupmgr logs to determine the cause of the issue.
If you run collect_logs we can take a quick look
