Auto Failover option In CB Server

Hi Team,

In CB version 6.6.5 there is option “auto failover can abort rebalance” under node availability section as per screenshot. But the option is not at all showing CB Version 7.x version so is the feature by default on and removed from user’s choice. Could anyone help to clarify.

Hi @Debasis_Mallick - I checked with our team and am told that we have in fact removed the option and it will be enabled by default (so that auto-failover will always abort a rebalance). There’s some ongoing discussion about whether we should bring it back in one form or another, so I would encourage you to open a support ticket or speak with your local Couchbase team if you have a specific requirement for toggling the option.
