App-data.cblite missing in downloaded container?

If I connect my iPhone to my Mac, go to the devices window and inspect the container, I can see app-data.cblite in the container. If I download the container using Xcode, this file is missing. Why? Is that something about the permissions that Couchbase (or my app) can control?

I can get access to the file via iExplorer it seems, but it’d be nice to have it in the downloaded container as well.

FWIW, after I shut down the app and downloaded the container, it was there. Maybe something to do with the app running at the time.
