Descri\u00e7\u00e3o das taxas e encargos do servi\u00e7o Capella Cloud<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n

A Descri\u00e7\u00e3o das Taxas e Encargos do Servi\u00e7o Capella Cloud \u00e9 um adendo (o \"Adendo de taxa<\/b>\") para o Contrato de Servi\u00e7o Principal da Capella ou outro contrato entre o Cliente e a Couchbase que rege o uso do Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem pelo Cliente (o \"Acordo<\/b>\"), e se aplica ao uso do Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem pelo Cliente. A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do Contrato ou do uso do Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem pelo Cliente ser\u00e1 considerada uma aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do Adendo de Tarifa. Os termos em letras mai\u00fasculas n\u00e3o definidos no Adendo de Tarifa ter\u00e3o os significados dados a eles no Contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Defini\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1. \u201cCr\u00e9dito<\/b>\" significa uma unidade de capacidade de processamento de banco de dados consumida para usar o Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem no plano de servi\u00e7o aplic\u00e1vel ou com uma funcionalidade aplic\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. \"Taxa de consumo<\/b>\" significa a taxa exibida no Plano de Controle da Nuvem na qual o Couchbase mede o uso de Cr\u00e9ditos pelo Cliente (pr\u00e9-pago ou pago conforme o uso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Fees for Prepaid and On-Demand Credits.<\/b> Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao uso do Servi\u00e7o de Nuvem pelo Cliente, as seguintes Taxas e encargos ser\u00e3o aplicados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1. Cr\u00e9ditos pr\u00e9-pagos<\/b>. Except as explicitly stated otherwise in an Order, Fees for prepaid Credits purchased are non-cancelable, non-refundable and payable annually upfront in accordance with the Agreement. Only the Credits designated for the applicable Subscription Term shall be available for use by Customer during such Subscription Term (i.e. prepaid Credits purchased for the following subscription year may not be used earlier  during the current Subscription Term). Except as explicitly stated otherwise in an Order, Credits for Clusters are purchased at different service plan levels and can only be used for Clusters within the same service plan designation (e.g. Developer Pro Credits can only be used to run Developer Pro Clusters). Any unused prepaid Credits purchased shall expire at the end of the applicable Subscription Term and shall be forfeited by Customer with no refund or credit of any kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. Cr\u00e9ditos sob demanda.<\/b> Quando o Cliente (i) se inscrever para usar o Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem em uma base de pagamento conforme o uso sem comprar Cr\u00e9ditos pr\u00e9-pagos (nesse caso, a assinatura come\u00e7ar\u00e1 na data de in\u00edcio do Pedido), ou (ii) continuar a usar um Cluster (ou Clusters) ou funcionalidade no Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem para o qual os Cr\u00e9ditos pr\u00e9-pagos eleg\u00edveis do Cliente foram esgotados ou expiraram, o Cliente ser\u00e1 considerado como estando usando Cr\u00e9ditos em uma base de pagamento conforme o uso (\"Cr\u00e9ditos sob demanda<\/b>\"). As Taxas de Cr\u00e9ditos Sob Demanda s\u00e3o acumuladas e cobradas automaticamente no momento do uso e s\u00e3o pagas mensalmente em atraso, e o Cliente concorda em pagar essas Taxas de acordo com o Contrato. As Taxas de Cr\u00e9dito Sob Demanda ser\u00e3o calculadas com base (conforme aplic\u00e1vel) (i) na Taxa de Consumo atual da Couchbase, (ii) na Taxa atual de cada Cr\u00e9dito Sob Demanda e (iii) no uso do Cliente. As Taxas pagas ou a pagar pelos Cr\u00e9ditos On-Demand consumidos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o cancel\u00e1veis e n\u00e3o s\u00e3o reembols\u00e1veis. A Couchbase poder\u00e1 aumentar as Taxas pag\u00e1veis por cada Cr\u00e9dito On-Demand dando aos clientes impactados pelo menos trinta (30) dias de aviso pr\u00e9vio por qualquer meio razo\u00e1vel, como aviso por e-mail, um aviso publicado no Plano de Controle da Nuvem ou aviso publicado no site da Couchbase em https:\/\/cloud.couchbase.com\/sign-up<\/a> ou o site aplic\u00e1vel usado para fornecer o Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem. O Cliente concorda em pagar as Taxas de Cr\u00e9dito On-Demand de acordo com o Contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3. Customer shall also be responsible for any charges from third-party cloud services providers that result from Customer\u2019s use of the Cloud Service, which Customer agrees to pay as Fees in accordance with the Agreement. Such charges may include data transfer fees and fees for additional cloud infrastructure required for certain functionalities of the Cloud Service. If available, Customer may purchase prepaid Credits to apply to such Fees as set forth above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. <\/strong>Taxa de uso.<\/b> The Credits shall be consumed, and the On-Demand Credits shall be accrued and billed, respectively, based on Customer\u2019s usage at the then-current Consumption Rate. Couchbase shall monitor and provide Customer daily reporting on Customer\u2019s usage  via the Cloud Control Plane. Couchbase may increase the Consumption Rate by giving impacted customers at least thirty (30) days\u2019 prior notice via any reasonable means, such as email notice, a notice published on the Cloud Control Plane, or notice published on Couchbase\u2019s website at https:\/\/cloud.couchbase.com\/sign-up<\/a> ou o site aplic\u00e1vel usado para fornecer o Servi\u00e7o em Nuvem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> Cancelamento ou rescis\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos sob demanda.<\/b> Para evitar incorrer em cobran\u00e7as de Cr\u00e9dito On-Demand, ap\u00f3s a rescis\u00e3o ou expira\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os Pedidos ativos (incluindo a rescis\u00e3o nos termos da Se\u00e7\u00e3o 17.3 do Contrato), SOWs ou o Contrato, o Cliente dever\u00e1 (i) garantir que o Cliente tenha feito o download ou backup do Conte\u00fado do Cliente; (ii) descontinuar o uso e excluir todos os Clusters (incluindo quaisquer Clusters de backup), (iii) excluir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da conta do Cliente, incluindo todas as contas de Usu\u00e1rio Autorizado associadas ao Cliente no Plano de Controle da Nuvem (se o Cliente tiver implantado o Plano de Dados em um Ambiente de Nuvem obtido pela Couchbase, o Cliente dever\u00e1 faz\u00ea-lo preenchendo um t\u00edquete de Suporte com a Couchbase), e (iv) desinstalar o Servi\u00e7o de Nuvem de acordo com as instru\u00e7\u00f5es de rescis\u00e3o no Plano de Controle da Nuvem, se aplic\u00e1vel. O Cliente permanecer\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por quaisquer Taxas e encargos incorridos antes da conclus\u00e3o de tais etapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.<\/strong> N\u00e3o h\u00e1 reten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/b> Exceto conforme estabelecido no Contrato, a Couchbase se reserva o direito de excluir qualquer conta do Cliente e todo o Conte\u00fado do Cliente contido nela (incluindo quaisquer dados de backup) ap\u00f3s qualquer rescis\u00e3o do Contrato ou do Pedido ou SOW aplic\u00e1vel. Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s licen\u00e7as do Servi\u00e7o de Nuvem cujo pagamento esteja atrasado ou se o Cliente n\u00e3o tiver acessado o Servi\u00e7o de Nuvem por um per\u00edodo de pelo menos trinta (30) dias, a Couchbase se reserva o direito de excluir qualquer conta do Cliente e todo o Conte\u00fado do Cliente contido nela (incluindo dados de backup). A Couchbase n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 nenhuma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de armazenar o Conte\u00fado do Cliente ap\u00f3s a rescis\u00e3o ou expira\u00e7\u00e3o do Pedido, SOW ou Contrato relevante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
