Any SOWs referencing the URL above may only be modified by a mutually signed amendment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Licensee (or \u201c<strong>Client<\/strong>\u201d) and Couchbase enter an Order or Statement of Work (collectively, \u201c<strong>SOW<\/strong>\u201d) which references the URL above, and states that Client is purchasing one or more of the standard services described below, Couchbase will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Client such services (\u201c<strong>Services<\/strong>\u201d), as described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I. Descriptions of Individual Standard Services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Technical Account Management (TAM):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The objective of this engagement is to help Client get the most value from its deployment(s) using Couchbase Server, while building a stronger relationship with Couchbase. Typically a Couchbase TAM manager will get involved in pre-production discussions and stay engaged during go-live and post-production. Specifically this engagement may include: assistance with performance optimization and tuning, review of use cases by engaging at a technical level, sizing exercises and health checks, tracking and oversight of critical issues and escalation management, and preparing for critical business cycles.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temps et dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> Les services TAM sont disponibles pour un engagement minimum de 30 jours, \u00e0 partir d'un jour par semaine et jusqu'\u00e0 5 jours par semaine. QuickStart Advisory Services Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The objective of the engagement is to help Client be as successful as possible with Couchbase as quickly as possible. A Couchbase consultant will supplement Client\u2019s team by providing best-practice advice on topics including: application requirements, setting up a meaningful evaluation of Couchbase, installing and configuring Couchbase, developing an application using Couchbase, tuning and optimizing Couchbase for an application, devising &amp; implementing performance measurement strategies, troubleshooting techniques, deploying an application into production and Couchbase monitoring and alerts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Approche de l'engagement :<\/strong> L'approche typique d'un engagement QuickStart est la suivante : une r\u00e9union initiale a lieu pour comprendre l'application du Client et discuter de l'orientation souhait\u00e9e par le Client pour l'engagement QuickStart. Couchbase will request pre-requisites based on the focus of the engagement, including architecture diagrams and configurations to prepare for the on-site engagement. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer leads review of Client\u2019s application, environment, and operational practices. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer provides a deliverable document following the on-site engagement. Finally a follow-up web meeting shortly follows the on-site engagement to review the deliverable document and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temps et dur\u00e9e : <\/strong>Cet engagement offre une option \u201ccourte\u201d si jusqu'\u00e0 2 jours de consultation sur site et jusqu'\u00e0 6 heures de consultation \u00e0 distance pour l'examen du questionnaire et la cr\u00e9ation de livrables, ou 3 jours de consultation sur site et jusqu'\u00e0 10 heures de consultation \u00e0 distance pour l'examen du questionnaire et la cr\u00e9ation de livrables. Specifically this engagement will include: Use case analysis, data and document modeling, Couchbase topology review, server sizing exercise and operational best practices review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Approche de l'engagement :<\/strong> The typical engagement approach for an Architecture Review engagement is as follows: An initial remote meeting is held to understand Client\u2019s application and discuss Client\u2019s desired focus of the Architecture Review engagement. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer provides a deliverable document following the on-site engagement. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceux-ci s'appliquent \u00e0 tous les Services achet\u00e9s par le Client :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Produit \u00e0 livrer : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couchbase fournira un rapport avec toutes les recommandations examin\u00e9es avec le client et toute recommendation suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. Hypoth\u00e8ses et responsabilit\u00e9s du client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les Services sur site s'appliquent, le Client fournira \u00e0 l'ing\u00e9nieur sur site de Couchbase un acc\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 tous les serveurs Couchbase pertinents via SSH et l'interface d'administration web.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le client fournira l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 au moins un repr\u00e9sentant de ses \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9veloppement et d'exploitation poss\u00e9dant une connaissance de l'application Couchbase et de la topologie de d\u00e9ploiement pendant l'intervention sur site de Couchbase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un jour de consultation correspond \u00e0 un maximum de huit heures de consultation, qui doivent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es par blocs d'au moins quatre heures (\u201c Jour de consultation \u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C. Ressources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon SOW execution, Couchbase will schedule personnel and related resources. The project start date may vary based on resource availability, which typically is at least four weeks after SOW signature. Couchbase will work with Client to determine project commencement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D. D\u00e9penses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les frais de d\u00e9placement et divers raisonnables engag\u00e9s par Couchbase dans le cadre d'activit\u00e9s sur site chez le Client seront factur\u00e9s et pay\u00e9s par le Client \u00e0 r\u00e9ception de la facture accompagn\u00e9e des justificatifs (si demand\u00e9s). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E. Conditions d'application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a master services agreement (\u201cMSA\u201d) has been signed between the parties, such MSA will govern the Services. If the parties have not signed MSA the Services are governed by the Enterprise Software License Agreement located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.couchbase.com\/fr\/ESLA-11132015\/\">www.couchbase.com\/ESLA-11132015<\/a> with those additional terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Garanties.<\/strong> Couchbase represents and warrants that the Services provided hereunder shall be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner and the deliverables shall substantially conform to the descriptions specified in this SOW. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Couchbase shall use commercially reasonable efforts to re-perform the applicable Services or re-deliver the applicable deliverables, provided that Client notifies Couchbase within thirty (30) days of the nonconformance. The foregoing shall be Client\u2019s sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull wp-custom-prefooter has-peach-background-color
