Upgrading from couchbase 4.1 community to 4.5 Enterprise

Hi

i did the couchbase DB server upgrade from 4.1 community to 4.5 enterprise version .After up grade i seen all the old data and configurations are deleted .can you guys please suggest me the best possible method
