Setup guide for CB EE 4.5 and SG EE 1.3

EE licences purchased. Trying to setup cluster. No issues with CE, issues with EE.

Is there a setup guide for EE?

I installed CB EE 4.5 on 2 nodes, installed SG EE 1.3 on 3rd node. Whenever I start SG on Ubuntu 14.04 with this command
service sync_gateway start
it prints out that it’s started on a new process. Checking the status then prints: sync_gateway stop/waiting. This is after I set my SG config which worked fine on CE. Any thoughts?

In SG config replace
"server":"http://localhost:8091"
by
"server":"http://<IP-of-one-CB-machine>:8091"
