Setting - TTL , Expiration & Expiry in Eventing

I see that there is a expiry setting in github.

How do I set a TTL on a doc during a write in Eventing ?

bucket1[meta.id] = {"some":"data"}

also is there a touch() to move a TTL on a doc?
