# Motivation

This document is a sub-RFC for the SDK 3.0 RFC and defines the Key/Value API in detail.

# API Entry Point

This API is part of the ICollection interface and provides basic crud operations among other binary Memcached extended operations. It is accessed via the IBucket interface as the default collection or via the IScope interface as a named collection:
