Couchbase will request pre-requisites based on the focus of the engagement, including architecture diagrams and configurations to prepare for the on-site engagement. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer leads review of Client\u2019s application, environment, and operational practices. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer provides a deliverable document following the on-site engagement. This includes a review of the planned architecture, applications and data modeling. &nbsp;Couchbase will work with Client architects and developers regarding planned applications, including the design principles needed for Client\u2019s efforts to implement architecture and a system that follows best practices and recommendations. Specifically this engagement will include: Use case analysis, data and document modeling, Couchbase topology review, server sizing exercise and operational best practices review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Engagement-Ansatz:<\/strong> The typical engagement approach for an Architecture Review engagement is as follows: An initial remote meeting is held to understand Client\u2019s application and discuss Client\u2019s desired focus of the Architecture Review engagement. Client completes and returns an Architecture Review questionnaire provided by Couchbase ahead of the on-site engagement. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer leads review of Client\u2019s application, environment, and operational practices. Couchbase\u2019s on-site engineer provides a deliverable document following the on-site engagement. Finally a&nbsp;follow-up web meeting shortly follows the on-site engagement to review the deliverable document and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zeit und Dauer:<\/strong>&nbsp;This engagement provides a \u201cshort\u201d option of up to 2 Consulting Days on-site and up to 6 hours of remote consulting time for questionnaire review and deliverable creation or 3 Consulting Days on-site and up to 10 hours of remote consulting time for questionnaire review and deliverable creation.&nbsp; If this Service is selected, the SOW will identify which Service option will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F. Upgrade-Dienstleistung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Ziel des Auftrags ist es, den Kunden klare Leitlinien, Best Practices und einen konkreten Plan f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Aktualisierung ihrer Couchbase-Bereitstellungen von einer Hauptversion auf die n\u00e4chste, ohne den Gesch\u00e4ftsbetrieb zu st\u00f6ren, zu bieten. Dieser Service beinhaltet eine Besprechung des Upgrade-Prozesses, der auf Ihre Bereitstellung zugeschnitten ist. Couchbase-Experten werden mit den Architekten, Administratoren und Entwicklern des Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um einen Upgrade-Plan zu bewerten und zu erstellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Engagement-Ansatz:<\/strong> Der typische Ablauf eines Upgrade Service Engagements ist wie folgt: Ein erstes Treffen findet remote statt, um die Anwendung des Kunden zu verstehen und den gew\u00fcnschten Schwerpunkt des Engagements zu besprechen. Vor-Ort-Termine werden geplant und die Logistik mit den Kunden besprochen. Anschlie\u00dfend folgt das Vor-Ort-Engagement. Alle Diskussionen sind vertraulich und Informationen werden nur gesammelt, um bei Upgrade-Empfehlungen zu helfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zeit und Dauer:<\/strong> Dieses Engagement sieht bis zu insgesamt 2 Tage Couchbase Consulting Days vor. Zus\u00e4tzlich sind 8 Stunden f\u00fcr die Erstellung und \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von Liefergegenst\u00e4nden enthalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II.&nbsp;General&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese gelten f\u00fcr alle vom Kunden erworbenen Dienstleistungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A.&nbsp;Deliverable:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Couchbase wird einen Bericht mit allen Empfehlungen, die mit dem Kunden besprochen wurden, und allen zus\u00e4tzlichen Empfehlungen bereitstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B.&nbsp;Assumptions and Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wenn Vor-Ort-Services zur Anwendung kommen, gew\u00e4hrt der Kunde dem Vor-Ort-Ingenieur von Couchbase umgehend Zugang zu allen relevanten Couchbase-Servern \u00fcber SSH und die Webadministrationsschnittstelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Kunde wird w\u00e4hrend des Vor-Ort-Einsatzes von Couchbase Zugang zu mindestens einem Vertreter seines Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams mit Kenntnissen der Couchbase-Anwendung und Bereitstellungstopologie gew\u00e4hren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein Beratungstag umfasst maximal acht Stunden Beratung, die in Bl\u00f6cken von mindestens vier Stunden in Anspruch genommen werden m\u00fcssen (\u201cBeratungstag\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C.&nbsp;Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon SOW execution, Couchbase will schedule personnel and related resources. &nbsp;The project start date may vary based on resource availability, which typically is at least four weeks after SOW signature. &nbsp;Couchbase will work with Client to determine project commencement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D.&nbsp;Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angemessene Reise- und Nebenkosten, die Couchbase bei der Durchf\u00fchrung von Aktivit\u00e4ten vor Ort beim Kunden anfallen, sind gegen Rechnung und nach Erhalt der Rechnung mit Belegen (falls angefordert) vom Kunden zu bezahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E.&nbsp;Governing Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a master services agreement (\u201cMSA\u201d) has been signed between the parties, such MSA will govern the Services. If the parties have not signed MSA the Services are governed by the Enterprise Software License Agreement located at www.couchbase.com\/ESLA-05272015 with those additional terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Garantien.<\/strong>&nbsp;Couchbase represents and warrants that the Services provided hereunder shall be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner and the deliverables shall substantially conform to the descriptions specified in this SOW. &nbsp;In the event of a breach of this warranty, Couchbase shall use commercially reasonable efforts to re-perform the applicable Services or re-deliver the applicable deliverables, provided that Client notifies Couchbase within thirty (30) days of the nonconformance. The foregoing shall be Client\u2019s sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DoS v1 23-Sep-2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
