Couchbase also publishes periodic reports that provide updates on our initiatives and achievements in key ESG areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operationalization of Compliance Database Tool: Couchbase automates its use of the software tool it procures to perform initial screenings and ongoing monitoring of its customers and commercial partners for legal and sanctions-related violations, including those potentially relating to modern slavery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethics and Compliance Policies: Couchbase continues to review its Code of Conduct, whistleblowing policy and procedures, and other legal compliance programs with its Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Training Program: Couchbase continues to provide an annual employee training program on its Code of Conduct, and periodically reviews the training program to include updated content.
