Por exemplo, o Marketo lida com a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o por e-mail com clientes e prospects, o Salesforce gerencia pedidos e compras, o Zendesk para a equipe de suporte e v\u00e1rias planilhas e pain\u00e9is. N\u00e3o demorou muito para que essas fontes ficassem fora de sincronia e precisassem de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o manual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O desafio com a infraestrutura de dados existente era triplo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os clientes e usu\u00e1rios querem interagir com um \u00fanico banco de dados e esperam um retorno claro e consistente do envolvimento.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As equipes voltadas para o cliente precisam aprender a navegar em cada sistema, encontrar os dados de que precisam e conectar manualmente os pontos anal\u00edticos entre os clientes nomeados de forma inconsistente entre eles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A an\u00e1lise e o BI entre clientes eram imposs\u00edveis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O crescimento e a efic\u00e1cia cont\u00ednuos da empresa dependiam do fornecimento de acesso mais consistente, seguro e f\u00e1cil de navegar aos dados relacionados aos clientes. Uma nova iniciativa nasceu desse imperativo: Criar um reposit\u00f3rio e um painel de controle consolidados e abrangentes do Customer 360, acess\u00edveis a todos. O objetivo principal era melhorar a produtividade da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de vendas e, ao mesmo tempo, fornecer insights sobre a efici\u00eancia do produto e a dire\u00e7\u00e3o futura.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o cliente em tempo real<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As consultas a esse novo reposit\u00f3rio do Customer 360 precisavam ser profundas e amplas. Alguns grupos precisam de uma vis\u00e3o abrangente de todos os dados relacionados ao cliente para <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qualquer <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cliente em <\/span><b>em tempo real<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Outros grupos precisavam de acesso a an\u00e1lises de BI <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">em todos os <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bases de clientes, seu status e dire\u00e7\u00e3o. As ferramentas moveram os reposit\u00f3rios de dados para um reposit\u00f3rio de destino flex\u00edvel e dimension\u00e1vel que serviu de base para os novos aplicativos Customer 360 e pain\u00e9is de BI. O reposit\u00f3rio de destino foi a parte mais f\u00e1cil, pois eles j\u00e1 usavam o Couchbase. O pipeline de ETL, embora adequado, rapidamente demonstrou suas desvantagens. Primeiro, ele n\u00e3o era flex\u00edvel; novos reposit\u00f3rios ou fontes de dados (geralmente provenientes de Vendas e Marketing) precisavam de novos pipelines de ETL e de tempo e recursos especializados de TI para serem criados. Da mesma forma, os processos de ETL exigiam que os recursos de TI investigassem e resolvessem os problemas \u00e0 medida que eles ocorriam. Naturalmente, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de ETL n\u00e3o resolvia os principais problemas de qualidade, governan\u00e7a, seguran\u00e7a e confiabilidade dos dados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao final da primeira fase do projeto, a conclus\u00e3o foi que o Couchbase como banco de dados (primeiro o Couchbase Server e depois o Couchase Capella) fornecia toda a escalabilidade, flexibilidade e confiabilidade necess\u00e1rias que o cliente precisava para o reposit\u00f3rio de dados consolidados. Infelizmente, o pipeline de ETL feito \u00e0 m\u00e3o n\u00e3o estava \u00e0 altura do desafio. A abordagem \"fa\u00e7a voc\u00ea mesmo\" funcionou bem para usu\u00e1rios, conjuntos de dados e consultas existentes. Ainda assim, n\u00e3o era boa para se adaptar a novas fontes de dados, novos usu\u00e1rios e novas perguntas ou an\u00e1lises de neg\u00f3cios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pipelines de dados sem c\u00f3digo aceleram o Time to Value<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste ponto, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataworkz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dataworkz<\/a> foi lan\u00e7ado para simplificar a pilha de gerenciamento de dados.
