Este blog resumir\u00e1 a compara\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas das principais solu\u00e7\u00f5es de DBaaS e NoSQL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Altoros \u00e9 um provedor global de servi\u00e7os de TI que compara bancos de dados h\u00e1 duas d\u00e9cadas. Em seu mais recente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altoros.com\/research-papers\/performance-evaluation-of-nosql-databases-as-a-service-couchbase-cloud-mongodb-atlas-amazon-dynamodb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Refer\u00eancia de desempenho NoSQL<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">relat\u00f3rio<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Altoros forneceu uma an\u00e1lise comparativa de tr\u00eas ofertas de NoSQL DBaaS: Couchbase Cloud, MongoDB Atlas e Amazon DynamoDB. A primeira foi de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o intensa, invocando 50% de leituras e 50% de atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es dos dados. A segunda executou uma varredura de curto alcance, envolvendo 95% de varreduras e 5% de atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, enquanto a terceira carga de trabalho representou uma consulta de pagina\u00e7\u00e3o com uma \u00fanica op\u00e7\u00e3o de filtragem \u00e0 qual foram aplicados um deslocamento e um limite. Por fim, a quarta carga de trabalho foi uma consulta JOIN com agrupamento e ordena\u00e7\u00e3o aplicados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ent\u00e3o, como os tr\u00eas provedores de DBaaS se comparam?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Compara\u00e7\u00e3o em cargas de trabalho de consulta NoSQL<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Embora cada uma das tr\u00eas ofertas de DBaaS tenha seus pontos fortes e fracos, em todos os testes de carga de trabalho, o Couchbase Cloud surgiu como o mais robusto dos tr\u00eas. Para o primeiro, <strong>Carga de trabalho pesada de atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>O Couchbase Cloud demonstrou tempos de lat\u00eancia baixos em todos os tamanhos de cluster. Embora tenha apresentado resultados semelhantes aos do Amazon DynamoDB quando medido em um cluster de 6 n\u00f3s, o Couchbase Cloud se destacou em clusters de 9 e 18 n\u00f3s, com tempos de lat\u00eancia inferiores a um milissegundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quando medido em um <strong>carga de trabalho de varredura de curto alcance<\/strong>o Couchbase Cloud novamente se destacou. Enquanto o MongoDB Atlas teve um bom desempenho aqui, crescendo de forma eficiente \u00e0 medida que mais shards foram adicionados, o Couchbase Cloud demonstrou os melhores resultados com um aumento gradual nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es por segundo, bem como a lat\u00eancia mais baixa e est\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os resultados da terceira carga de trabalho foram mais equilibrados entre o MongoDB Atlas e o Couchbase Cloud. Ambos apresentaram resultados semelhantes em um cluster de 6 n\u00f3s e em um cluster de 9 n\u00f3s, onde a taxa de transfer\u00eancia foi baixa, pois o tamanho do conjunto de dados e dos \u00edndices dobrou. Apesar dos resultados semelhantes, o Couchbase Cloud ainda foi capaz de superar o MongoDB Atlas em todos os tamanhos de cluster nessa carga de trabalho. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enquanto isso, o Amazon DynamoDB n\u00e3o conseguiu competir totalmente: seu processo de indexa\u00e7\u00e3o funciona de tal forma que exige varreduras complexas de tabelas completas, o que levou muito tempo para essa carga de trabalho, retornando erros de time-out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na categoria de carga de trabalho final, os resultados mais uma vez favoreceram o Couchbase Cloud. O Couchbase Cloud registrou uma taxa de transfer\u00eancia mais alta, com 750 ops\/s em clusters de 6 n\u00f3s, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com 100 ops\/s do MongoDB Atlas. Em cada tipo de cluster, o Amazon DynamoDB teve 40% de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o com falha e quase 1% de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de leitura com falha.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Os resultados est\u00e3o a\u00ed - o armazenamento de documentos com melhor desempenho<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De modo geral, o benchmark de desempenho da Altoros revelou que o Couchbase Cloud \u00e9 o DBaaS de armazenamento de documentos com melhor desempenho dispon\u00edvel.
