I joined Couchbase as Director of Technical Training last fall, and I\u2019m excited to share with you some of the great things that have been going on in the training team over the past 5 months. Many of these projects were already underway when I started, and most have reached completion.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February, we released a new instructor-led course called <\/span>Couchbase Mobile Development for iOS<\/span><\/a> developers. This is a 2-day course designed to teach students how to utilize Couchbase Lite and Couchbase Sync Gateway to build highly resilient data-driven mobile applications. Check out the <\/span>schedule<\/span><\/a> for opportunities to attend a class in the near future. We also have an Android version of the class in progress, which we expect to be available in this summer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January, the product team released the latest version of our flagship product, Couchbase Server. The training team has been actively working to update our other instructor-led courses to encompass all the great features offered in this latest release. I\u2019m pleased to say that both our <\/span>NoSQL Data Modeling, Querying and Tuning<\/span><\/a> course and our <\/span>Couchbase Administration<\/span><\/a> courses have been updated and enhanced to teach these new features. We\u2019ve delivered several of each already and are currently delivering these as remote virtual instructor-led training sessions due to the recent Coronavirus lock-down. In fact, we will be offering special <\/span>free<\/b> deliveries of these virtual instructor-led training courses though the lockdown.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking of the Coronavirus lockdown, there may be many of you working from home right now who are looking for additional opportunities to update and expand your technical skills on your own time schedule. I\u2019m pleased to share with you that we have <\/span>14 different self-paced courses<\/b> available to you free of charge.
