Estas fuentes no tardaron en desincronizarse y necesitar mantenimiento manual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La infraestructura de datos existente planteaba un triple reto:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los clientes y usuarios quieren interactuar con una \u00fanica base de datos, y esperan una respuesta clara y coherente.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los equipos de atenci\u00f3n al cliente tienen que aprender a navegar por cada sistema, encontrar los datos que necesitan y conectar manualmente los puntos anal\u00edticos entre los clientes nombrados de forma incoherente en todos ellos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El an\u00e1lisis de clientes cruzados y el BI eran imposibles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La continuidad del crecimiento y la eficacia de la empresa depend\u00eda de que se proporcionara un acceso m\u00e1s coherente, seguro y f\u00e1cil de navegar a los datos relacionados con los clientes. Las herramientas trasladaron los repositorios de datos a un repositorio de destino flexible y escalable que sirvi\u00f3 de base para las nuevas aplicaciones Customer 360 y los cuadros de mando de BI. El repositorio de destino fue la parte f\u00e1cil, puesto que ya utilizaban Couchbase. La canalizaci\u00f3n ETL, aunque adecuada, demostr\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente sus inconvenientes.
