Estas ubicaciones incluyen la nube p\u00fablica central, \"MEC\" (Multi-access Edge Computing) en las redes de los proveedores de telecomunicaciones, centros de datos de borde regionales en las principales \u00e1reas metropolitanas, centros de datos locales y, por \u00faltimo, procesamiento de datos en el dispositivo. Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que se centr\u00f3 en estos dos servicios de AWS principalmente por los convincentes hallazgos de Couchbase, que realiz\u00f3 pruebas de latencia que en \u00faltima instancia demostraron las afirmaciones de baja latencia de estos servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las pruebas compararon los tiempos de respuesta al acceder a una aplicaci\u00f3n con Couchbase implementada en una regi\u00f3n de AWS est\u00e1ndar frente a AWS Wavelength y AWS Local Zones respectivamente. En concreto, las pruebas midieron la latencia de un cliente que se ejecutaba en Los \u00c1ngeles y acced\u00eda a los datos en un centro de datos con sede en Los \u00c1ngeles y, a continuaci\u00f3n, acced\u00eda a los datos en un centro de datos en la nube distante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados fueron impresionantes, con tiempos de respuesta de entre dos d\u00edgitos y un milisegundo entre las zonas perif\u00e9ricas y el cliente.
