[MB-7067] UI should limit documents list skip to 1000 to avoid overloading view merger

SUBJ. Fix is in gerrit already and ready to go.

I.e. documents list in Documents section of UI is using skip for pagination. Which is not perfectly efficient at least as of now. We have a similar limit for view results, so it makes sense to have that limit for docs list as well.
