[MB-6978] inconsistency on the UI on the view screen between beer-sample and default bucket views

                <project id="10010" key="MB">Couchbase Server</project>

1. Create the beer sample bucket.
2. Go to the view tabs, select beer-sample bucket and verify that there are 2 production views (1 DD).
3. Go to the bucket screen and select the default bucket
4. Go back to the view tab. the selected bucket is now default, however, it still shows the production views of the beer-sample bucket, although the default bucket has no views.
Moreover, if you do copy-to-dev, it will copy the beer-sample buckets to the default bucket dev.

I consider it as blocker, it is very confusing and has user experience (developers) impact.

if you are on the above scenario case, where you see the bear-sample views while on the default bucket, selecting edit view shows the views, with a strange error:
{"error":"not_found","reason":"Design document _design/beer not found"}
undefined

the reason for this error is that we run the beer-sample view on the default bucket data, which has not data at this point (of my usage).</comment>
this does not impact cluster's state so candidate for 2.0.1 but as mentioned in the ticket it could be confusing for developers and users who use couchbase 2.0 views after loading sample data.
btw - this is not a regression.</comment>
