[MB-6978] inconsistency on the UI on the view screen between beer-sample and default bucket views

1. Create the beer sample bucket.
2. Go to the view tabs, select beer-sample bucket and verify that there are 2 production views (1 DD).
3. Go to the bucket screen and select the default bucket
4. Go back to the view tab. the selected bucket is now default, however, it still shows the production views of the beer-sample bucket, although the default bucket has no views.
Moreover, if you do copy-to-dev, it will copy the beer-sample buckets to the default bucket dev.

I consider it as blocker, it is very confusing and has user experience (developers) impact.
