            <title>[MB-4933] couchbase server does not start after restart the server</title>

                        <description>Install couchbase server 2.0.0dp4r-724 on one windows server 2008 32bit.&lt;br/&gt;
Open web browser and go through initial setup couchbase server.&lt;br/&gt;
Load data and run some tests in py-all.conf against default bucket&lt;br/&gt;
Stop the testrunner test when it finishes about 24 tests&lt;br/&gt;
Shutdown windows server (like unplug the power)&lt;br/&gt;
Power on windows server.&lt;br/&gt;
When windows server completely up, check couchbase server on browser.  Failed&lt;br/&gt;
Check couchbase server service, see it is stopped.&lt;br/&gt;
Try to restart couchbase server manually in service console.  Couchbase server starts in few seconds and then stops</description>
