I can repo this bug on windows 2008 R2 64bit. After 15 minutes, I try to restart couchbase server again and couchbase server starts on windows 64bit. <br/> Try to restart couchbase server on windows 32 but couchbase server still fails to start. reproduced in centos dp4 as well. 3 cluster node. Loaded some data. Powered off the vm running couchbase. Power the vm back on but can never add back to cluster. not sure if centos issue is same, but on windows we have broken ns_log dump.
