run this test ( after modifying the params to let the test run forever instead of it running for 2 mins which is the default value )

-t viewtests.ViewTests.test_load_data_get_view_2_mins_20_design_docs

when there are more than 10 index process in progress remve a node and start rebalance

rebalance will get stuck once it reaches 100%
