TCPView reveals that  erlang keeps opening and closing a monitoring TCP port 11210, which is used by memcached process.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
We don&amp;#39;t have similar behavior on Windows 7 32bit when both membase and PGP installed.</comment>
