Description

In the investigation of ~~JCBC-70~~, it was found that the KetamaNodeLocator did not update it's internal list of nodes when receiving a new configuration. Thus, authentication to those new nodes would not occur, but they would be added to the group of nodes.

Please change the description on this issue to actually describe the issue. We know because of it's very existence that something needs to be fixed.
