This is mostly fixed through sdkbuilds jira, but there is one outstanding issue. The generation of the build needs to install official packages or trigger the appropriate libcouchbase build first.

Assigning back to Sergey (sorry) :). I know how to cook PHP extensions which is all that's needed here. Need to integrate this with our build environment, where Sergey is the benevolent dictator (as assigned by me).
