alk recommends strongly that we need a better number than 80% of RAM as it's too high.

I heard from Dipti and Yaseen that we want to reduce this number to 60% instead of 80% so overriding the assignment here and assigning this back to Aliaksey to make the change.

if 60% is not the right number we can always open a new bug and change it accordingly on in 2.0.1

Needs documentation as to why users need to have RAM available. (better query performance so that root and mid tier index pages can be stored in the cache)

yes, for now. I know we discussed "what's this?" etc. important to get the basic change done, and document the change and reasoning.

RN: The default setting for memory quota for a bucket is now 60% of
     available RAM for a node. In the past, the default was 80% of RAM,
     which would create performance problems due to inadequate RAM for
     indexing.
