 Description
alk recommends strongly that we need a better number than 80% of RAM as it's too high.

I heard from Dipti and Yaseen that we want to reduce this number to 60% instead of 80% so overriding the assignment here and assigning this back to Aliaksey to make the change.

if 60% is not the right number we can always open a new bug and change it accordingly on in 2.0.1

See attached UI annotation

Needs documentation as to why users need to have RAM available. (better query performance so that root and mid tier index pages can be stored in the cache)

Please assign the bug to MC once you have merged your commit so that it can be documented.

Dipti, let me confirm a but. So only default value is being changed? No extra explanation text is added ?

This is what I get on my box that has 28 gigs of ram: http://i.imgur.com/fE1Rr.png

yes, for now. I know we discussed "what's this?" etc. important to get the basic change done, and document the change and reasoning.
Hence added MC to the bug. Please transfer to him once you have merged. thanks !

A note has been added to the release notes, and a note has been added to the installation instructions detailing the new %age and the reasons.

RN: The default setting for memory quota for a bucket is now 60% of
available RAM for a node. In the past, the default was 80% of RAM,
which would create performance problems due to inadequate RAM for
     indexing.

There was already a release note entry for this bug; I've removed the duplicate.
