Install couchbase server 2.0.0dp4r-723 (with default bucket deletion from Bin) on 5 nodes
Create 5 node cluster. Create default bucket. Load up to 2 million items with key size 10, 50, 128, 256, 512, 1024 using mcsoda script. When default bucket reach 1 million items, remove one node and rebalance. Rebalance failed. Try rebalance several times late, rebalance also failed with error wait_for_memcached_failed,"default" |

| This doesn't seem to be completely fixed. We need to take another look before DP5. |

| Double-checking, is this a windows-only thing or a generic, cross-platform issue? |

I don't think it is window specific bug. May it is more easier to get exposed and reproduced on windows platform. Linux platform is kinda more fault tolerant.
Since we put tcmalloc in dp5, the whole logic may be changed. We need to see if it is reproducible or not. |

| I think this was already fixed for 1.8.1 release, which was merged into the master. |
