membase installation succeeds but membase-server fails to start due to a missing dll (erlang dependency ) which is bundled in microsoft vc redistributable (8.0.59193)
the workaround is to install this dll package before installing membase-server on windows 2003 |

| we are bundling this msi as part of the installation now |
