Hello.

Staged install fails because in couchbase-examples/Makefile.am the following is set:

bindir=$(DESTDIR)$(localbindir)

pythonlibdir=$(libdir)/python

Is there a special reason $(DESTDIR) is missing for pythonlibdir?
