Description

To get a more proper burndown count, adding this as a bug...

There should exist a module, with an API that menelaus can invoke, that allows the caller to lookup and change per-server resources (memory quota, ssd locations & quotas, and hard-drive locations & quotas).

This is a per-node config item so it supports heterogeneous clusters just fine.
