this is a bug for release notes that xdcr+views don't play nice together now. reopening and then assigning back to QE

please provide logs next time you run xdcr+views on that cluster which i think is post 2.0.1

abhinav -- keep an eye on 2.0.2 but likely may not get fixed until 2.1 release when we move update XDCR to use memcached protocol on the destination side.
