Description

For project CBD-480, we need to do the following things first:
1. Clone github.com/membase/membase-cli into github.com/couchbase/couchbase-cli
2. Setup sync for couchbase-cli between github and gerrit
3. Modify Makefile and Manifest file.

This repository is way too old and totally out of sync with the current membase-cli because it was created prematurelly and kind of in half done mode. We should drop this repository and clone out of membase-cli.

I just synced couchbase-cli with membase-cli.

Let me know if there are any discrepencies. If not, please resolve this issue.

Like membase-cli, we need to create a 2.0.2 branch for couchbase-cli on gerrit and sync it up with git.

Please assign it back to after you do that.

I created the 2.0.0 gerrit branch from the head of branch-20: df44765fbca89b16ef2357cd9078374ada27ffd2
and then pushed from origin to gerrit 2.0.0:2.0.0

I created the 2.0.1 gerrit branch from the head of origin/2.0.1: 8a716cc15a04a1ed2a67eb10ff8fa061f14d6a58

I created the 2.0.2 gerrit branch from the head of gerrit/2.0.1: 8a716cc15a04a1ed2a67eb10ff8fa061f14d6a58
and then pushed from origin to gerrit 2.0.2:2.0.2
