Description

currently a couchbase cluster can be distributed across multiple availability zones. If a complete zone is lost and replicas are not distributed accordingly - data loss or interruption in service can occur.

affinity for a particular zone should be available so that the dataset can remain safe regardless of the loss of a zone.
