Description

Customer request to add day of the week settings to the compaction scheduler. Main purpose to isolate it only to the weekend.

Workaround for now is to disable autocompaction and send compaction rest request from cron job

I'd prefer to WontFix and and make sure compaction is incremental and non-intrusive and hidden from users.

not running compaction is quite a bad idea particularly because disk sizes can grow large. Closing at this point as no plan to fix.
